For scheduled club shipments, you will receive email notice of your upcoming shipment 6 weeks, and 2 weeks in advance. Your tracking number will come to you by email the day it ships.
For all orders placed online, we ship the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday following the day you placed your order. Shipments will not be shipped the same day the order is placed. If you wish to delay shipping, please make a note in the special instructions section upon checkout.
Shipments are sent via UPS Ground in CA (1-2 days) and UPS or FedEx 2-day Air to other states. Please note that Golden State Overnight shipping is an option for select states (CA, NV, AZ) to limit exposure of your wines to extreme temperatures. Packaging is sturdy and environmentally-friendly.
Wine deliveries always require an adult signature – carriers will not leave packages at the door. Since delivery is Monday-Friday, we strongly recommend using a business address for your wine deliveries if you are away from home during the day.
